Kyriad Saint-Etienne Centre - Saint-Etienne (Loire)

Booked this venue for its ideal and tranquil location near the city center and the train station.

Convenient location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed;))

Location: the hotel was not far from the Chateaucreux train station as well as the city center. Fast food restaurant Mcdonald's Originals was located 15 minutes walk away...

The bathroom was very cold, I didn't like it.

The location is very comfortable and peaceful, yet close to the city center. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - the room had central heating, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk.

Very near to train station and also to the parc expo. Restaurant and breakfast good price/quality. They changed a little bit breakfast time for a big group. Access to the free parking (secure) directly with a lift. All service people of the hotel very nice. Nice welcome first breakfast with very tasty cookies :) Free WIFI

Only one lift in this hotel is a bit poor, in the morning was really hard to get lift, anyways stairs not so hard. Bathroom didn't smell good, probably not thing of lack of cleaning and not in all rooms as far as i know. 2nd down floor of parking is a bit difficult to access with a long car.

Although described as a City Centre hotel it is in a shabby run down semi-business district - a 2km walk from any areas with restaurants or bars.I got rubbed up the wrong way when checking out, after standing patiently behind a woman paying her bill, an entire tour group of women started pushing in behind her.....the receptionist ignored me and it was 20 minuted before I eventually got attended to.

The room was well-equipped, neat, and had air conditioning. the hotel is located in a very good building with a nice location close to the restaurant, Chateaucreux train station, and the city center.

most of the TV channels are not working. few options available. bit far from train station, about 15 mns walk.

Modest but clean and well-functioning room. We stayed just for a stop- over on our way down to cote d'azur and this hotel served the purpose very well. We paid 44 eur (excl.breakfast, but incl.parking in garage), which was excellent value for money.

Restaurant was closed for dinner

The restaurant served delicious food, with a great variety of dishes to try. the hotel's convenient location and free on-site parking were a bonus for me as well.

The staff spoke fluent English and was very kind. There was a tea \ coffee area in the room and a great breakfast. We stayed in more than 15 places over the last month and this one was one of the good ones.

The water in the bathroom took a bit to sink.

We had a very comfortable night. The room was quiet and had a really comfortable bed, drinking water provided in room, tea and coffee making facilities and an excellent breakfast. Would recommend for a short stay.

I had a fantastic stay during my visit, it was truly enjoyable.

The prices at this hotel were very reasonable, especially considering the value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing efficient service throughout my stay. The location of the hotel, conveniently close to the Chateaucreux train station, made it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

All was well, no complaints.

Convenient parking lot, breakfast offered, good-sized rooms for remote work, family room for 4, treats as extras.

Nothing to fault.
